1.1 By purchasing from Optimus Watches, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1.2 You are fully aware and responsible for understanding these terms and conditions.
1.3 Terms and condition can be changed at any time so it is important you read them every time you purchase from our website.
2.1 Our preferred payment method is PayPal. PayPal allows an easy and secure payment method available to everyone, if for some reason you do not wish to use PayPal alternative payments methods such as bank transfers are available. We will work with you to ensure the fastest return possible.
2.2 Payments via credit card are processed daily after your item has been processed and are ready to be shipped. You are able to cancel this before we send order and we will refund following our Return Policy.
2.3 Braintree payment method is available too. It allows for customer pay via credit / debit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Venmo, PayPal or even Bitcoin.
3. Sale Contract
3.1 At times an item may be mispriced. We reserve the right to correct the error and relist the product with the correct pricing.
3.2 The Sales Contract does not exist until it is been processed into our system and verified by an employee, therefore we reserve the right to cancel the Sales Contract at any time for any reason should the order become unacceptable for any reason.
4.1 Optimus Watches keeps only the necessary information required to make a purchase. Credit card information is not kept in our system and is only handled by the card processing companies.
4.2 We do not sell or release your personal information in any manner. All transactions are confidential.
4.3 Our newsletter is optional and the information is not used for any other purpose other than to inform our clients of our products.
5.1 Your IP address is stored and verified prior to shipping your order. This measure is to prevent fraud and if the billing and shipping address do not match we have to verify it isn’t a fraudulent purchase.
6.1 The estimated delivery is stated on the detail screen at the time of purchase. Although we do our best to deliver as stated, we expressly state that the use of secondary delivery services is out of our control. If we are unable to package and ship a product you will be notified by email at which time you can cancel or continue with the order.
6.2 We parcel ship using tracking numbers to prevent lost items. If an item is delayed we due to an error on our end we will offer a refund of the postage or a gift certificate for future purchases.
6.3 We are specialized in shipping to all European Union countries. All order will be sent within 24 hours after receiving the payment.
6.4 Postage delivery is FREE to all customers from Europe. Shipping takes up to 14 working days and orders can be tracked in your local post website. Shipping to no Europe countries can take up to 48 working days. It depends on the location of purchaser. Price of the shipping to no European countries is calculated in the checkout process after you select your country.
6.5 DHL delivery is the fastest way to get your watch. Customer will receive an email from DHL with tracking number. The price of DHL delivery depends on the customer’s location and the type of DHL delivery (Economy or Express).
6.6 In certain rare situations, there is the possibility of a late or even missed delivery. In circumstances such as these, you can be sure that Optimus Watches will do everything possible to rectify the situation. We will assume responsibility, and we will do our very best to handle the problem to your absolute satisfaction.
7.1 All prices are stated inclusive of taxes based on laws and regulations as required.
7.2 Our prices change daily, while we attempt to do this with nightly updates, the prices are subject to change at any time. We do our best to inform you of scheduled price changes in advance on the actual product page.
7.3 We have no control over pricing for our products imposed by external sites.
7.4 All prices shown on the website include VAT and other taxes.
8.1 Refunds are processed as quickly as possible but in certain circumstances can take up to a maximum of 30 days.
8.2 Items that have been worn are not eligible for refunds.
8.3 If you receive a defective item we must be notified of the defect within 48 hours upon receipt.
8.4 Delivery charges are not refundable.
9.1 All watches come with a full, 2 year, international manufacturer’s guarantee. When you purchase from Optimus Watches, you can be assured in the knowledge that your items is fully guaranteed against workmanship faults.
9.2 Manufacturers’ warranties only covers the movement mechanism inside your watch. Batteries, bracelets, straps, lenses and crystals/stones are not usually covered under the manufacturers’ warranties.
10.1 All of the watches supplied by Optimus Watches are genuine. We source either direct from the manufacturing facilities or official distributors from European Union.
10.2 We do not sell replica watches. All of our watches come in their official box from the correct manufacturer - exactly as you would get should you purchase from a high-street retailer.
10.3 Brand new batteries, fitted by the manufacturer are included in all of our watches.
10.4 All of our watches come in original packaging from the manufacturer, are brand new and come with the manufactures’ international warranty card.
11. Canceling order
11.1 If you wish to cancel the order, you are free to do it before the order will leave our warehouse.
12.1 All of the watches supplied by Optimus Watches are genuine. We source either direct from the manufacturing facilities or local official distributors. We do not sell replica watches.
12.2 All of our watches come in their official box from the correct manufacturer - exactly as you would get should you purchase from a high-street retailer.
12.3 Brand new batteries, fitted by the manufacturer are included in all of our watches.
