Your pack shipment
We recommend DHL or DPD deliveries as they are the fastest way to get your order delivered. Both deliveries are free of charge and available only for EU customers. Other orders will be sent with Lithuania Post with delivery time up to 3 weeks (depends on the location). All orders will be sent within 48 hours or less after receiving the payment.
Orders will be delivered only to European Union countries. If you are from other country, please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to offer special delivery to your location.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your Optimus Watches purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that your Optimus Watches return must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will be deducted. Product must be returned in its original, unused condition, in order to qualify for the refund.
Customers will receive emails with payment and tracking details or order status changes.
In certain rare situations, there is the possibility of a late or even missed delivery. In circumstances such as these, you can be sure that Optimus Watches will do everything possible to rectify the situation. We will assume responsibility, and we will do our very best to handle the problem to your absolute satisfaction.
In the event of a missed delivery, you can expect the delivery company to leave you a card to indicate that they attempted to bring you the merchandise. Generally, these cards will give you the ability to call, visit a physical location, or even send them an email. You can collect the item from the physical location, or you can call or email to establish a time for the next delivery attempt. For security reasons, anything that is sent through the DHL delivery option will require a signature. This signature can come from you, or it can be made by someone you have chosen to act on your behalf.
In extremely rare situations, items that we have shipped out are returned to us. This is usually because of such factors as a wrong address, or the item shipped was not the item that was actually ordered. You will have three options at this point. You can ask to have the item shipped to the correct address, ask to have the item you actually ordered shipped to you, or you can simply cancel the order altogether.
